He has refined his skills at various theme parks in Southern California and showcased his work at comic conventions nationwide. Cancellation Policy
Bookings are secured through payment of a retainer on this platform to reserve the event date. The remaining balance is payable directly to the artist at the event. Clients may cancel within 48 hours of booking through the platform for a refund. After 48 hours, the retainer is non-refundable, and cancellations must be submitted by contacting us directly. Artist availability is first-come, first-served and subject to change. While the platform facilitates direct booking, availability may not always reflect real-time updates. If an artist becomes unavailable after booking, we will offer alternative artists or issue a full refund if no suitable replacement is available. Availability confirmations will be provided within seven (7) days of booking. The platform does not support rescheduling. Any cancellation or rescheduling request after 48 hours must be arranged directly with the artist and may be subject to additional fees. The original retainer paid through this platform remains non-refundable after 48hrs. Certain artists may require additional service riders or payment terms. Unless otherwise specified, the terms of this Booking Policy and Client Agreement shall govern. Travel Fee Artists may charge a travel fee for events located more than 100 miles from their location. Guest Count Disclaimer Guest coverage estimates are based on ideal conditions and are not guaranteed. Actual output may vary due to event flow, timing delays, setup changes, visibility, or other logistical factors. Clients are responsible for selecting a package appropriate for their anticipated guest participation. Timing Bookings include one (1) additional hour on site for setup and breakdown beyond the artist’s performance time. For example, a 4-hour drawing package includes approximately 5 hours of total on-site time, with 4 hours of active drawing. The scheduled start time must reflect when the artist is expected to be fully set up and ready to begin service. Start and end times are fixed unless otherwise arranged directly with the artist. Artist arrival time is reserved for setup and does not constitute service time.
