Cancellation Policy
Booking Process 1. Pick your artist, make sure you are ready with your event date, location & start time. 2. Book your artist with by clicking the "Book Now" button! 3. Secure your date by sending the "Deposit" which will act as your retainer. 4. Receive final confirmation of artist availability & booking status. (Artist Available) Work out any remaining details and receive instructions on paying balance (Artist not Available) "Deposit" Refunded and start back at step 1 Packages Packages are determined by the number of (potential) guests rather than the duration of time. The artist typically attends your event for approximately five hours, during which they can capture around 40 to 50 guests. After this period, they will photograph the remaining guests (if they visit our table) to reach the included guest count in your package and then will send you the completed works after the event. Bookings are made here on our platform by placing a "deposit". You will then pay the remaining balance at the event. You have 48 hrs to cancel on this platform. Cancellations after 48hrs are non-refundable. You must cancel by contacting us directly. Artist availability is determined on a first-come, first-served basis and may fluctuate. Our website facilitates direct booking of the artist, streamlining the scheduling process by eliminating countless back & forth availability calls/emails. However, in some circumstances, an artist's availability might not be updated on our platform. In such cases, alternatives will be proposed, or a full refund will be issued if no suitable options are available. Availability updates will be communicated within seven days post-booking. The platform does not support client/customer rescheduling; cancellations or rescheduling beyond 48 hours must be coordinated directly with the artist, who may apply fees. Your "deposit" payment on this website is a a non-refundable retainer. Some artists may request additional service riders and specific payment terms. Absent any specified terms, the conditions outlined in this booking policy shall prevail, with the final remaining payment to be made directly to the artist at the event.
